    Restaurant Le XVIXVI



    Bar sur Mesure was chosen by Cedric Moindrot to create the cocktail menu for the opening of his restaurant Le XVIXVI.


    A first meeting with the manager helped to understand the concerns of the bar and the challenges of the marketplace. After understanding the needs of the business, Bar sur Mesure worked on a cocktail menu with a molecular and futuristic theme.

    Realisation and achievement

    After the creation of 5 recipes made especially for the restaurant le XVIXVI, we tasted it with the team to make some adjustments. Then we established the rules with the team to ensure the successful execution of each recipe.
