During a meeting with the manager of the bar at Palco, we could establish a personalized training program by analyzing the strengths and the possible improvements to give the team a boost.
A personalized 8-hours training to the entire staff has been given by Bar sur Mesure. They have acquired knowledge and skills to perfect the execution of newly created cocktails as well as the ability to create new recipes.
