    Biography

    Alexis Taoufiq

    Founder & Consultant

    After a hotel training in Strasbourg, France, he traveled and began to work for Swiss luxury hotels and cocktail bars in Melbourne, Australia.

    When he came back to France, he combines his talent of mixology at the bar Le Forvm in Paris, and became “premier”  bartender in the famous hotel Le Bristol in Paris. Then, he continued his career as Operations Manager at 4e mur, Speakeasy Cocktail Bar in Montreal, which reached the top 10 of the best Cocktail Bar of America Fondation Tales of the Cocktails.

    Already winner of the 2012 World Class France competition, Alexis Taoufiq won the ultimate reward by becoming one of the youngest MOFMeilleur ouvrier de France in his category in 2015.

    He has more than ten years of experience in bars in England, Switzerland, Australia, France and in Montreal!
